The Stone Company was established in February 2005 and has over 22 years experience in the stone industry. We have done extensive research from Guilford to New London and have determined there is a need for a local high end stone facility in the Clinton area.

We believe we are a welcome addition to the shoreline community and strive to establish many strong relationships with designers and homeowners.

Ronald Harris, President, has over 16 years experience in the stone industry, is a second generation stone artisan, and applies a strong expertise in elite sales.

Prior to opening The Stone Company, Ron was a sales associate for another major Connecticut fabricator, with yearly revenues in excess of $1 million dollars.

Among his previous positions, Ron has also served as a production manager, responsible for $4 million dollars in stone production, a layout designer and saw operator.

Connie Wheeler, Vice-President has more than 8 years of experience in the stone industry.

Prior to opening The Stone Company, Connie was a sales associate for another major Connecticut fabricator, with yearly revenues in excess of half a million dollars.

Connie is currently is in her third year as an interior design student at the University of New Haven .
